Step 1: Open AgendaWorx and navigate to the "Agendas" section.
Step 2: Click on "Create a New Agenda."
Step 3: Make any necessary edits by clicking "Edit Full Agenda." You can adjust questions and instructions as needed, you can add information related to your organisation and you can even attached documents, to link to documents in your library on AgendaWorx (Just copy (CNTRL + C) the URL of the library page and paste it (CNTRL + V) onto this page where you want it).
Step 4: Avoid changing the rating scale (1, 2, 3, 4). If you have Yes and No questions instead of the rating scale. AgendaWorx will not be able to calculate total and average ratings for you.
Testing your board evaluation
Your team can run a test. Just click on "Delete Poll Results" next to your agenda on the back end when you are done to clear their ratings.
Publishing your board evaluation for your users
Step 1: Publish the evaluation (Click on the Publish agenda button) to launch it to your board members.
Step 2: Send an email to your board members with the hyperlink to the evaluation. Team members can add anonymous comments during the voting process.
Downloading your report of your board evaluation (user ratings or votes)
Step 1: Once voting is complete, download the report to review the results on the back end right next to your agenda (board evaluation). Watch the next video for further instructions on editing the report details.

Step 1: Add information about your organisation in each question to ensure board members clearly understand the questions and their relevance to the organisation.
Step 2: Attach documents or provide links to relevant documents in your library, such as the year plan, that are referenced in the question.
Next year, when creating your new board evaluation, you can simply copy and paste from this year's evaluation. This will transfer all your comments and documents, making the process quick and easy!

Step 1: Download your report from AgendaWorx, you will find it right next to your agenda (board evaluation).
Step 2: Open any Excel file on your computer.
Step 3: Go to the "Data" tab in Excel.
Step 4: Click on the icon that says "From Text/CSV."
Step 5: This will open your file explorer. Locate and select your downloaded report file.
Step 6: Click on the "Import" button to proceed.
Step 7: Ensure that the delimiter is set to "Comma" at the top of the import window.
Step 8: Click on the "Load" button to import your data into Excel.
Step 9: After loading, you will see your board evaluation name, the date, questions, and individual votes.
Step 10: Scroll down to view the voting summary, including how many people voted for each option.
Step 11: At the bottom of the sheet, you will find the average score per question, the total number of votes, and the total score.
Step 12: If you want to work with this information, you can copy the relevant data as needed.
You can also just open it as a CSV file in Excel, if that is what you prefer and work with the data in that way.

Quick Overview
If your CSV and Excel files use commas (,) as the delimiter but aren’t displaying columns correctly, it's likely due to the regional settings on your computer. These settings affect the default list separator and decimal symbol in Excel. Here’s how to change them:
If you don’t want to change system-wide settings, you can set the delimiter directly in Excel when opening the CSV file:
