1. Log in to AgendaWorx using the front-end URL (provided by the secretary or AgendaWorx team) or back-end URL (with "/admin" added for secretaries/administrators).
2. Bookmark the URL for easy future access.
1. Click "New Agenda" in the orange bar.
2. Enter the agenda title (select from the dropdown if previously used to avoid retyping).
3. Specify the meeting date, time, RSVP date, and venue (select from dropdown if previously used).
4. Assign the user group allowed to view the agenda.
5. Uncheck the auto-numbering box if you do not want items numbered automatically.
6. Click "Save & Load Content

1. Select the previous minutes or agenda template from the dropdown.
2. Review items and uncheck any you do not want to copy.
3. Click "Copy and Preview" to copy selected items to the new agenda.

2. Select the item above the new item from the dropdown.
3. Enter the item name and content. Click "Save."

1. Find the agenda and click the pencil icon to edit.
2. Use arrows to select the level (straight down for same level, elbow arrow for sub-item). Enter the item name.
3. Select "NONE-PARENT" for a main item or choose a parent item for a sub-item in the "Sub-item To" dropdown.
4. Mark the item as pending if incomplete (e.g., awaiting documents) and add private notes in the pending comment box.
5. Add content in the standard Word interface. Click "Save."
6. Preview the agenda by clicking "Preview Agenda" in the orange bar.

2. Insert page breaks via the "Insert" menu if required.
3. Click "Save Item Text" to save changes at the bottom of each item.
4. Return to the interactive view by clicking "Back to Interactive View.

2. Uncheck names of users who should not receive the notification.
3. Enter an email subject (e.g., "Latest Agenda Available").
4. Select an email template. Click "Prepare to Send."
5. Edit the template in the Word editor (AgendaWorx auto-fills starred fields like user name).
6. Review the recipient list. Click "Send Email."
7. Check the email report in the back-end to confirm delivery or identify bounced emails.
